Fabrizio Sciacca, Bass player

Fabrizio Sciacca

Fabrizio Sciacca started playing electric bass and piano when I was 14 years old with a private teacher in Italy. In 2011 I won a scholarship to go to Berklee college of music in Boston. There he began studying double bass and electric bass under the guidance of teachers like John Patitucci, Dave Santoro, Danilo Perez, Victor Bailey, just to name few. In 2015, after he had graduated in Performance with Summa cum Laude, he moved to New York, where, one year later, he started attending the prestigious Manhattan School of Music, and got a Master’s Degree in Performance and Composition in 2018.

Nowadays, Fabrizio has been studying with Ron Carter and actively playing around the city.
