“You Can’t Die for a Dollar”
The Revolution of Amadeo Peter Giannini
The exhibition aims to retrace the episodes in the life of Amadeo Peter Giannini (1870–1949), born to Italian immigrant parents and the founder of the Bank of Italy, which later became the Bank of America. He radically transformed the banking sector in the United States and undertook not only an economic commitment but also a social one, starting from keen observation of reality and people’s needs.
