Jay Roussel is an IT Operations Manager and lives in Needville, TX, with his wife and their two adult daughters. Jay became interested in the topic of work seven years ago when he faced a minor career crisis and coincidentally attended a meeting Fr. Sam Fontana held on the "theology of work." Even though Fr. Sam presented ancient tradition, it was the first time Jay heard it. It ignited many questions and, ultimately, several meetings of friends in the Needville Parish Hall, and finally, the exhibit on work presented at the New York Encounter.
