Paul is responsible for Ferrero Group’s US, Canada, and Caribbean businesses. Ferrero’s iconic brands include Nutella, Tic Tac, Ferrero Rocher and Kinder, which was recently launched in the United States via Kinder Joy. Ferrero USA is one of the fastest growing confectionery companies in the US driven by the strong performance of its premium chocolate brands and new product launches. Prior to Ferrero, Paul was US Chief Marketing Officer Anheuser-Busch InBev, where his key achievements included setting new company directions in social-media, creating the large-scale Budweiser Made in America concert series with Jay Z and launching the Bud Light Platinum and Rita brands. Previously, Paul spent 11 years with Wrigley where, in his last role, he oversaw the company’s entire US Gum and Mints business and, prior to that, the Wrigley’s North America Consumer marketing organization. Paul was also with Quaker Foods in marketing and new product roles in the RTE and Snacks business. Paul started his career at Leaf, Inc (now part of Hershey) in the Finance organization and later moved to Leaf’s marketing team working on iconic brands like Milk Duds, Whoppers, and Jolly Rancher. Paul holds a BA in Finance and an MBA in Marketing from Loyola University of Chicago.
