Kids’ Village: The World of King Arthur
At Kids’ Village, children are invited into the magical world of King Arthur. They listen to the legendary tales of the Sword in the Stone, the birth of the Round Table, and the brave adventures of Sir Lancelot.
Then, the stories come to life! Children sit on Arthur’s throne, gather around the Round Table, and even take turns trying to pull the sword from the stone. Along the way, they build everything a true knight needs—from shields and helmets to swords—using creativity, teamwork, and imagination. And when they are done, they don’t just be play knights… They belong to the Round Table.
The Kids’ Village is a simple and beautiful way to engage families and children in the New York Encounter experience. Rather than a “drop-off” place, it is where, together, we introduce our children to something beautiful and greater than themselves—something that can capture their hearts. It is a place where they can feel at home, a place where they belong.
